I have lived in my house in east Knox County for 10 years . I am on a septic tank and have had problems with poorly flushing toilets and slow drains the whole time. The septic tank ( a large one) has been pumped 4 times in those ten years. The last time it was pumped the man said I needed a new drain field. My son recommended Andrew to look at it and give an estimate on the work. Both he and the health dept inspector agreed they thought the problem was the first line to the tank was blocked. After digging Andrew quickly figured out the real problem. The system had been incorrectly installed from the start and the line leaving the tank was going uphill! Since water doesn't flow uphill under normal conditions on planet Earth my drains were getting the back flow. He fixed it, got the job finished in one day and was back the same day the inspector approved it to cover it up. He and his coworker did a fantastic job...quick, smart and efficient. The yard looks beautiful and the toilets are flushing. I am very very happy 😊 ❤
